I find that using the app really helps me control my tics. I was able to go almost 20 minutes without today. I don’t know what it is, but once I stop using the app, the ticking starts up almost immediately. Knowing the app is on in the background mentally keeps me focused on not ticking. I know it sounds funny, but it’s almost like I don’t want to let it down.
